How to fill out the form:

1. choose four events

2. remember the athlete's name and number

3. one form per athlete

4. IMPORTANT! - bold and shade in your selections so that they can be clearly read

The Championships start at 8am.

Everyone is on duty as needed.

CRUCIALLY IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

Running events for Under 8s and up are all timed finals. This means that the three fastest based on times (no matter how many heats are run) will win 1st, 2nd & 3rd place medals. Please ensure that your children know this.

Under 6 & 7s races are still to be finalised.

Medal presentations for 1st, 2nd & 3rd will occur on the day

Everyone else will receive a certificate the following week.
